Joss would totally photograph River's feet. (Since he already has, really, although it's wierd to think of it like that.) Probably not so much the exhibition at the Tate thing, though.

It does fit fairly well, and I do actually 'ship them, both in 616-verse and in Ultimate, after learning the pairing is old-school canon in 616, but you're a universe next-door, I'm afraid.

Grey's first name is Meredith, and she is a doctor of some type. That constitutes my complete knowledge of Grey's Anatomy.
